Q – Where does TopRoll ship?
A – TopRoll currently shipping orders only the United States. We intend to ship to Canada in the near future. Shipments to countries other than the US and Canada will be considered at a future date and will be announced.
Q – When will my order be shipped?
A – Orders are processed upon verified payment. Apparel is generally shipped within 3 business days and in most cases gear will be shipped within 3-4 business days. However some gear is custom made and is shipped from overseas. Shipping for these products may take 2-3 weeks.
Q – Can I change an item in my order after it was placed?
A – In most cases changes can be made by calling us at +1 801.683.5533. Orders already shipped cannot be altered. Most apparel is custom imprinted within 1 day of the order being received. In this circumstance no changes to the order can be made and no exchange can be processed.
Q – Does TopRoll offer Gift Cards?
A – Currently TopRoll does not offer gift cards.
